Pay only the registration fee and mandatory equipment today. Your first tuition payment is due on the 1st of next month after enrollment payment verification.

1. Choose Your Student’s Program

Start by selecting the grade group for your first child. The correct tuition is calculated automatically as you complete registration.

Registering siblings in different grades? You can select each child's grade separately below. Mixed-grade siblings use the older sibling tuition rate.

Choose at least 2 training days and select a tuition plan below — then make your payment. Training at Braswell High School is TBD. All other days are at Frisco Methodist Church.

You are not locked into the days of the week. For example, if you select a 2-day plan for Wednesday/Friday, you may switch to Saturday/Sunday that week, provided you attend no more than 2 days.

Weekly and biweekly tuition payments are not an option. Advance-payment discounts have not yet been approved.

Enroll sooner, enjoy more complimentary training! First-time students train free through the end of their enrollment month after required enrollment payment is verified.

Registration and all equipment are mandatory. The complimentary enrollment month applies to first-time students only and starts after registration and enrollment payment are verified.

7. Tuition Policy Agreement

Next Level Basketball Academy follows a monthly tuition model similar to preparatory academies and private schools. To maintain fairness, consistency, and high-quality programming, tuition is not prorated under any circumstances.

8. Separate Liability Waiver & Parent Consent

DRAFT — ACADEMY AND TEXAS LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED BEFORE PUBLIC LAUNCH. This is a proposed agreement, not a legally approved release. Do not enable public registration until the academy approves the final wording.

Participation and acknowledgment of risk. I am the parent or legal guardian of the student(s) listed in this registration. I understand that basketball training, conditioning, drills, games, and related activities involve risks, including contact with other players or equipment, slips, falls, sprains, broken bones, concussions, serious injury, and, in rare cases, death. I understand that even reasonable safety precautions cannot eliminate all risks.

Health and safety. I will inform the Academy of any relevant medical restrictions or emergency needs before participation and will not knowingly allow a student to participate when medically unfit. I understand that the Academy may stop participation if it reasonably believes a student cannot safely continue.

Emergency care authorization. If I cannot be reached in an emergency, I authorize Academy personnel to contact emergency services and arrange reasonable emergency evaluation or care for the student(s). I understand I am responsible for medical expenses to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Assumption of inherent risks. On behalf of myself and as parent or guardian, I acknowledge the inherent risks of participation and voluntarily choose to enroll the student(s). Any release, indemnification, or limitation of liability must be set out in a separate, final agreement approved by the Academy and its legal adviser; this draft does not purport to waive claims for gross negligence or other claims that cannot lawfully be waived.

Agreement and signature. I confirm that I have read this draft acknowledgment, understand its contents, and am authorized to provide consent for the registered student(s). My typed name is my electronic signature for this acknowledgment.

Include the registered students' full names in your payment notes. Registration is pending until NLBA verifies the enrollment payment. A downloadable invoice and projected 12-month tuition schedule will be available after submission.
