Coach Andrews, a proud Chicago native, brings a wealth of experience to the court as both a former athlete and a dedicated coach. His passion lies in mentoring and uplifting the next generation—particularly young men—as they navigate life’s challenges.

A graduate of Alabama A&M University, Coach Andrews holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science. His journey in youth development began at Superior Sports Network, where he spent several years empowering young men to present themselves with confidence and purpose. There, he focused on teaching life skills, personal branding, and character development through sport.

His commitment to coaching and community engagement led him to serve over a decade in the Texas Public School system, where he continued to shape lives through education and athletics.
